We offer returns and exchange for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Product or Quantity: If you received a product that is different from what you ordered or if you received the wrong quantity, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Damaged Product (Unopened): If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product and provide evidence (e.g., photos).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.

Exchange Option:

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer you an exchange for a new item. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.

How to Return an Item:

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
